Tragedy: Italy to Leave Coronavirus Patients Over 80 to Die
TEHRAN (FNA)- A total of 1,809 people with COVID-19 have now died in Italy, which is the hardest-hit by the virus in Europe, as the number of cases rose to more than 24,700. Italian authorities will begin denying intensive care to coronavirus patients over the age of 80 or in poor health, the Telegraph reported Sunday, citing an official document. [PHOTOS]
